The Mad Milk is a secondary weapon for the Scout class. It appears as a nondescript bottle of milk with no cap.

Functioning similarly to Jarate, this weapon can be thrown by the player at enemies. Once a target is covered in milk, 75% of the damage done to them is returned as health to whoever damages them, be they the Scout that threw the milk or his teammates. Mad Milk has the added benefits of extinguishing teammates on fire, and shorting out cloaking devices.
