The Mad Milk is a secondary weapon for the Scout class. It appears as a nondescript bottle of milk with no cap.
Functioning similarly to Jarate and unlike previous Scout drinks, this weapon can be thrown by the player at enemies. Once a target is covered in milk, 75% of the damage done to them is returned as health to any team member who damages the milk-covered enemy. This does not apply to Engineers whose Sentry Gun damages the enemy. Mad Milk has the added benefits of extinguishing teammates on fire, and shorting out Cloaking devices. Traversing into water or having an ÜberCharge activated on the victim(s) will not wash off the liquid.
Players under the effects of Mad Milk will not have blurred vision, but will have a white droplet icon next to their health meter on the HUD, similar to that of the bleed effect.

Trivia
- The Mad Milk can be used to get the Sniper Achievement "Jarring Transition"
- Following the trend of highly dangerous drinks, like the Bonk! Atomic Punch and Crit-a-Cola, the milk supposedly came from cows infused with "sweet wholesome thermonuclear radiation".
- Spies under the effect of Mad Milk will still exclaim a Jarate line.
- The milk inside the weapon has jigglebone effects, moving as the player does.
- With the addition of Mad Milk and the Mann-Conomy update, the only classes not capable of directly healing themselves are the Spy and Sniper.
- Large amounts of health can be gained if a Spy backstabs an enemy coated in Mad Milk, a Sniper deals a full charged Headshot, a Demoman detonates Sticky Bombs against coated players, or the coated enemy is telefragged.
- Throwing Mad Milk on someone who is already under the effects of Jarate cancels out the visual effect of the Jarate but keeps the effects of both, and vice versa.
- The weapons's development name was Mann Milk, a reference to Mann Co.. [1]
