Your Eternal Reward is an unlockable, community-made weapon added in the Polycount Update that replaces the Spy's Knife. It appears as a long, ornate dagger. Landing an attack on an enemy's back will backstab them, killing the target in one hit and disguising the Spy instantaneously as the target. The target will not scream in pain as they usually do from a backstab and their corpse will fade away almost instantly, as if they are cloaking, giving the illusion that the Spy is taking their place. The disguise is so fast that Sentry Guns won't target the Spy who backstabbed.

Damage

• Base: 40 (28-54 damage)
• Mini-Crit: 54
• Critical hit: 120, but only during Humiliation, charged via Kritzkrieg or during Crit boost given after capturing the Intelligence.
• Backstab: 600% of the enemy's current health resulting in an instant kill if stabbed in the back (An arc of approximately 180° behind the player model).

Trivia

• Currently, if you are disguised as an enemy with Your Eternal Reward, you cannot switch your disguise weapon. This may be either be a feature or a bug.
• If you return to the Resupply Locker you will lose any disguise you have acquired using Your Eternal Reward.
• Backstabbing a Scout that is using Bonk! Atomic Punch will disguise you as the Scout, even though the Scout does not die.
• The name is a reference to a scene in the 1992 film Aladdin.

• This is furthered by the entry's description mentioning the phrases "Phenominal[sic] Cosmic Power" and "Diamond in the Rough", both of which are used in the movie
• Before the item was released, Robin Walker joked that the Eternal Reward's drawback would be that it cannot facestab.
• This is the first unlock that removes an item from a class.
• The creator of the item, ChemicalAlia, is also famous for having created the female 3d models of the Medic and the Heavy.
