The Isolated Merc is an item set created for the Pyro.

This includes the items listed below:

• MK 50
• Nostromo Napalmer

Equipping both of these items together increases the amount of damage done to players wearing the Isolationist Pack set (which is about 4x said damage per hit), while increasing the melee damage taken from players wearing said set (which is also about 4x per hit).
