The "I See You" is an Action taunt that may only be initiated by the Sniper.
When the player equips it in the taunt menu or activates the taunt, the Sniper will point two fingers on his left hand at his eyes, and point his index finger outwards in the action of pointing at someone and say a voice line.

Trivia
- The animations for the "I See You" and several other taunts added in the Love and War Update were added to the game in the Scream Fortress 2013 event, as shown in this video uploaded on November 1st, 2013.
