The Pretty Boy's Pocket Pistol is a community-created secondary weapon for the Scout. It is a stylized, small, black pistol with a short barrel and light-colored wooden grips.
While the Pretty Boy's Pocket Pistol is active, the player restores 3 health points per bullet that hits an enemy, and the weapon fires 15% faster than the Pistol. However, its magazine capacity is 25% smaller, down to 9 shots per magazine compared to the Pistol's 12 shots.
The Pretty Boy's Pocket Pistol was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Trivia
- This weapon's name is a reference to Charles Arthur Floyd, nicknamed "Pretty Boy Floyd", a 1930s bank robber.
- The Pretty Boy's Pocket Pistol is a left-handed model (as shown by the ejection port being visible on the left-hand side of the gun), despite this Scout holds it right-handed. A right-handed pistol has the ejection port on its right side to prevent ejected casings from striking the user.
