The Candy Cane is an unlockable melee weapon for the Scout. It has the same basic stats as the regular Bat.
Health packs drop for just having the Candy Cane equipped. Killing players with any of the other Scout weapons while having the Candy Cane equipped will drop a health pack. Health packs also drop from assists. However, health packs do not drop from Spies that have faked death using the Dead Ringer.
