伪装工具（Disguise Kit），也可以被称为 Spytron 3000 伪装工具，是间谍的 PDA 武器。这是一个看起来很普通的烟盒，里面隐藏了间谍的伪装科技。

使用武器时可以伪装成对方队伍任何一个职业。当拿出伪装工具时，荧幕上会出现所要伪装的地方队伍的职业，如果按下切换伪装队伍按键（预设是 - 键 ）则会出现己方队伍职业的伪装选项。伪装过程大约需花费两秒左右，过程中使用者身上会先出现烟雾，然后再变成伪装的目标。完成伪装后，荧幕左下角会显示你目前所伪装目標的资讯。当伪装解除后荧幕左下角该目标的伪装资讯也会消失。按下上一个伪装目标的按键（预设是 B 键），可以改变现在伪装目标目前所持的武器。玩家可以在伪装时看见敌方队伍玩家的生命值以及名字，也能看到地方医生的治疗量装能。

装备永生的回报或巫毒刺钉的玩家，无法使用伪装工具自行伪装成敌人。
