The Pretty Boy's Pocket Pistol is a secondary weapon for the Scout. It is a small, black Pistol with a short barrel and light-colored wooden grip.
While a player has the Pretty Boy's Pocket Pistol equipped, their maximum health is increased by 15, from 125 to 140 (125 with the Sandman). In addition to this, they will not receive any damage as a result of falling. However, the weapon fires 25% slower than the Pistol, and the wearer will receive 50% more damage from Fire, including afterburn.
Like the stock Pistol, the Pretty Boy's Pocket Pistol fires a single, perfectly accurate shot before its bullet spread goes into effect, as long as the player has waited at least 1.25 seconds since firing the last shot.
The Pretty Boy's Pocket Pistol was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Pick-Pocket's Pocket Pistol".
