Mann Manor is a new Halloween-themed map. It was introduced in the October 27, 2010 update for the new Halloween Event, and features the first boss in the game; the Horseless Headless Horsemann.
The pumpkin bombs from the 2009 Halloween event make a return, as do the Halloween pumpkins.
During the round a gift will appear randomly on the map, and whichever player collects it first will receive a class-based paper mask. The gift appears similar to the Secret Saxton and the carefully wrapped gift.

In the RED spawn, one can actually see Redmond Mann sitting in his chair turned away from the player in an adjacent, inaccessible room. Only his arm is visible, and the rest of his body is covered by the back of his chair. If a player were to view inside the room in Spectator Mode, they would only see the model of Redmond's arm and hat rather than his entire body. The map also has several paintings, including a similar portrait to the one Blutarch keeps in his room, only with Redmond being good-looking and Blutarch looking like a ragged crook. This may occasionally be replaced by a portrait of Emily.
This map, created by Tim "YM" Johnson and Alex Kreeger, was one of the two Art Pass Contest maps. The other being Mountain Lab.
