The Hot Hand is a melee weapon for the Pyro. It is a grey rubber glove with two parallel yellow bands on the wrist and soot-darkened fingertips.
Upon hitting an enemy with this weapon, the player gains a speed boost and the hit is announced in the kill feed. However, the Hot Hand has a 20% damage penalty.
The Hot Hand is named as the Slap Attack on the Jungle Inferno Day 4 Update page. It is unclear so far as to whether or not it is intentional, and which one is to be canon.
This weapon was revealed on October 18th, 2017, as part of Day 3 of the Jungle Inferno Update alongside The Dragon's Fury, The Thermal Thruster, The Gas Passer, and The Second Banana.
