Mann Manor is a Halloween-themed map. It was introduced in the October 27, 2010 Halloween Event and features the first Template:W in the game; the Horseless Headless Horsemann. It and Mountain Lab were the winners of TF2Maps.net's Art Pass Contest.
The pumpkin bombs from the 2009 Halloween event make a return, as do the Halloween pumpkins. During the round a gift will appear randomly on the map, and whichever player collects it first will receive a class-based paper mask. The gift appears similar to the Secret Saxton and the carefully wrapped gift.
The Horseless Headless Horsemann will spawn at whichever Capture Point is active, and will chase and attack one player who has been randomly determined to be "It". Players who are "It" can be identified by a skull and crossbones icon which appears above their head. Another player becomes "It" when the former player is killed, and the player who is "It" can tag another player with melee attack in order to make them become "It".
In the RED spawn, one can actually see Redmond Mann sitting in his chair turned away from the player in an adjacent, inaccessible room. Only his arm and head are visible, and the rest of his body is covered by the back of his chair. The map also has several paintings, including a similar portrait to the one Blutarch keeps in his room, only with Redmond being good-looking and Blutarch looking like a ragged crook. The other paintings are landscapes of the various properties owned by the Mann family and a hidden portrait of Emily.

Trivia
- In the RED respawn area, Redmond Mann can be seen hooked up to his life-extender machine built by Radigan Conagher.
- Mann Manor and Mountain Lab follow the same layout and structure. This is due to the Art Pass contest hosted by Valve and TF2maps.net which allowed players to design their own themes and styles for the same map, the winning maps were then chosen by Valve and officially placed in the game's map rotation.
- Mann Manor is considered to be the Halloween Event version of Mountain Lab, similar to Harvest and Harvest Event, which have the same layout, but a different visual style and slight gameplay tweaks.
