The Pretty Boy's Pocket Pistol is a secondary weapon for the Scout. It is a small, black Pistol with a short barrel and light-colored wooden grip.

While a player has the Pretty Boy's Pocket Pistol equipped, their maximum health is increased by 15, from 125 to 140. In addition to this, they will not receive any damage as a result of falling. However, to compensate for this, the weapon fires 25% slower than the Pistol, and the wearer will receive 50% more damage from Fire, including afterburn.

The Pretty Boy's Pocket Pistol was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Pick-Pocket's Pocket Pistol".

• This weapon's stats are actually incorrect, It does not provide a 15% Health increase, but rather a 15 HP increase.
• This weapon's name is a reference to Charles Arthur Floyd, AKA "Template:W", a 1930s bank robber.
