Target is a training map. The map, along with Training mode, was released with the Mac Update.
It appears to take place in scenery behind the back of the BLU spawn in Thunder Mountain, stage one. (which can be seen through a window when you turn around.)
Currently, the only class which has a training course on Target is the Soldier.

Goal
The Goal is to complete the tutorial by following on-screen hints. It is very basic, however not necessary before playing the game like some other tutorials.
Trivia
- The tutorial can be played as a different class using the join_class <class> console command.
- Only classes whose primary and secondary weapons can break the respectively ranged targets are able to complete the tutorial.
