The Candy Cane is a melee weapon for the Scout. It is a stereotypical cane made of team coloured candy, wrapped in a bow.
This weapon has the same basic stats as the regular Bat, but with the addition of health packs dropping for killing players with any of the other Scout weapons while having it equipped. Health packs also drop from assists but do not drop from Spies that have faked death using the Dead Ringer. Equipping the Candy Cane will make the Scout more vulnerable to explosive damage such as from Rockets and Sticky Bombs.
