The Fortified Compound is a promotional primary weapon for the Sniper. It is the bow used by Garrett from the video game Thief; a black, metallic compound bow. When equipped, the Sniper carries arrows in the quiver strapped to his back.
This weapon functions identically to the Huntsman; however, it does not function as a substitute in the Dual-Purpose Fruit item set.
Taunting with the Fortified Compound equipped results in the Skewer kill taunt.
This item was awarded in Genuine quality to players who purchased Thief on Steam before March 7, 2014.
