Robot Destruction - разрабатываемый режим игры, анонсированный 08.09.2014. На данный момент режим доступен для публичного тестирования и представлен одной картой, rd_asteroid. Однако карта доступна через систему быстрого поиска игр (при выборе режима "Robot Destruction"), при условии, что в чекбоксе "Play Beta Maps" стоит галочка. Карты Robot Destruction симметричны, как карты режимов захват разведданных и симметричного захвата контрольных точек. This game mode requires players to go into the enemy base and destroy their robots to earn points. When the robots are destroyed they will drop things that can be collected to add points to your team's total score. The Robots are split into three tiers, each tier being harder to kill, deeper into your enemy's base and drop more points. Like Control Points, the next tier of Robots will be unlocked after you killed the previous tier. Your team's points will be stored in a "battery" deep in your base. This "battery" can be collected and captured like an Intelligence briefcase, the battery can also be captured to restore points to your team. Currently the game will go on indefinitely until one team reaches a certain score, in that case that team will win.
The Robots are not like the ones of Mann vs. Machine, these Robots are harmless and will run when you attack it. Currently these Robots are immune to Compression Blast, Afterburn and Bleeding but that may change later on due to the fact that this is a beta game mode, meaning that it's still in development.
