Rumford is a community-created Payload map added in the Smissmas 2022 update.
Rumford is inspired by a paper mill located in the town of Rumford, Maine. In keeping with the setting, Rumford includes signs in both French and English, reflecting the close proximity of Maine to the Canadian border. Additionally, the map features an active rail line, the Rumford Rail Company, which is based on real-life rail companies.
Rumford was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Locations
Checkpoint A
- BLU Spawn: This is BLU team's first spawn point at the beginning of the round. It has 3 exit points, one facing the small building, the second facing the flank, and third is in the middle where the cart is.
- Flank: A flank route.
- Small Building: The small building is located in front of the first exit of the BLU Spawn.
Checkpoint B
- BLU Team's Second Spawn: This is the second spawn room that the BLU team spawns in once Checkpoint A is captured. It has two exits, the main exit facing the Rumford Paper Co building, and the other is on the side facing the flank, it leads to a more open area of the map leading to Checkpoint A.
- The Halfway Point: This is a halfway point from the beginning of the cart's journey to Checkpoint B.
- Rumford Paper Co.: This is the inside of the Rumford Paper Co. building. It contains the RED team's first spawn room and leads to two other continuations of the Rumford Paper Co. building.
