Mann Manor is a Halloween-themed map introduced in the October 27, 2010 Scream Fortress Halloween Event. It and Mountain Lab were the winners of TF2Maps.net's Art Pass Contest.
The map is set at night in the old, decaying mansion of Redmond Mann and its immediate surroundings.
The pumpkin bombs from the 2009 Halloween event make a return, as do the Halloween pumpkins. During the round a gift will appear randomly on the map, and whichever player collects it first will receive a random class-based paper mask and the Masked Mann achievement. The map also exclusively features the first ever Template:W in the game, the Horseless Headless Horsemann.
The goal for the BLU team is to secure all the Capture points in strict succession and under the time limit, while the RED team must stop them.

Horseless Headless Horsemann
The map features the Horseless Headless Horsemann, a giant, hostile entity that will chase and kill each member of both teams, one at time.
It will spawn at whichever Capture point is active, and will chase and attack one player who has been randomly determined to be "It". Players who are "It" can be identified by a white skull and crossbones icon (similar to the team colored one used by the Gloves of Running Urgently) which appears above their head. The Horseless Headless Horsemann will chase the "It" player through the whole map until either is killed or the player pass his "It" status to an enemy by hitting him with a melee weapon. If the player manage to get into areas inaccessible to the Horseless Headless Horsemann, such as his team's Respawn, the "It" status will be randomly re-assigned to another player. Outrunning it will also make the player lose its "It" status, but it's very difficult to achieve due to the fast movement speed (comparable to a Scout) of the Horsemann.
Killing the Horseless Headless Horsemann is a difficult task due to its high health, and will require a good deal of effort from both teams.

Concept art
An unused portrait of Redmond Mann. Originally, this painting hung at control point C, but after a last minute QA session (between YM and Rexy), the painting was not included. as it was deemed a major weakness in the map's potential. Thankfully, a vastly better portrait of Redmond was created an included in the shipped version.
Easter eggs
There are nine rubber duckies hidden throughout the map. While previous statements claim this is homage to a gaming community Rexy belonged to, he has stated this was merely a fun easter egg, and was implemented instead by YM. There are also other hidden animals, a spider and a frog.
The ninth duck is hidden behind the locked doors to Redmond's room adjacent to RED spawn point.
2fort2furious' IP address on the wall in front of BLU spawn point.
Update history
- Added Mann Manor to the game.
- Improved clipping to prevent players from getting out of the map and to fix various exploit ledges.
- Fixed players who are spectating teammates being able to collect the Haunted Halloween Gift in Mann Manor.
- Fixed Engineers being able to build under the final capture point in Mann Manor.
Trivia
- One of the developers, Tim "YM" Johnson, is also known for developing Hoodoo.
- Mann Manor and Mountain Lab have the same layout as they are both winners of the Art Pass Contest. Mann Manor is considered the Halloween version of Mountain Lab, similar to how Harvest has an event version.
- Ghostly voices that spout phrases can be heard throughout the map. The most common one is "Natascha", but there is also a man laughing manically, a women laughing playfully, and voices telling you to "Stop touching stuff".
- In the RED spawn, one can actually see Redmond Mann sitting in his chair turned away from the player in an adjacent, inaccessible room. Using the noclip cheat to fly through the glass door will show that only the arm and cranium of Redmond are present.
- If noclip is used to move outside of the map, a small clearing with a farm can be found. The clearing has a striking resemblance of the painting of Granary in the manor itself. This is however, merely coincidental.
- If noclip is used again to go past the door to the right of Point A, you can find a painting of the Emily leaning against the wall.
- Redmond's crest, which is embroidered on the tablecloths in the manor, is adorned with the words "UBER", "KRITZ" and "VICTORY".
- The numbers "67 18 19 3" are written on the wall of the building in front of BLU spawn point. 67.18.19.3:27015 is the IP address of the 2fort2furious server, which YM, one of the map's authors, is a member of.
- There was originally a version of the mansion chair prop with an animated sequence to make the chair 'move' by itself several times over a 2 minute loop. This was cut from the shipped map, and appears only in the piano room of the contest entry version, artpass_ym.bsp.
