I murdered your toys as well.
The Spy

The Diamondback is a promotional primary weapon for the Spy. It is styled after a handgun from Deus Ex: Human Revolution .

Similarily to the Frontier Justice, the weapon has the ability to store critical hits for later use, and cannot fire random crits. One crit is stored for each enemy building that is destroyed while being sapped; the Spy does not have to earn credit for the destruction.

It is awarded to players in Genuine quality to those that pre-ordered Deus Ex: Human Revolution before August 22, 2011.

Update history

August 18, 2011 Patch

  • The Diamondback was added to the game.

Bugs

  • Like the Ambassador, Big Kill and L'Etranger the Spy does not actually put any bullets in the barrel while reloading, nor do any bullets eject.

Trivia

  • The Diamondback gets its name and appearance from the Diamondback .357 magnum, a weapon available in Deus Ex: Human Revolution.
