The zombies will have some sort of Halloween item worn on them, such as the Idiot Box on the Giant Charged Soldiers. There are also significantly more enemies than any other wave of Mann vs. Machine and some zombies, such as the giant demoknight will always be able to deal Critical hits. The AI on the zombies is vastly improved as well, such as Scout zombies drinking bonk at low health, and Pyro zombies constantly using their flamethrowers.
