The Party Trick is an action item for the Pyro.
To be able to initiate the taunt, you must first place it into one of eight slots in the Taunt loadout; this can be done by accessing the Loadout menu, and clicking on the Taunt button below the character model. Once in game, press the action button, followed by the number in correspondence to the slot you placed the taunt in.
When the player presses the action button, the Pyro will inflate a pink balloon and twist the balloon into a smaller version of the Balloonicorn. Then the Pyro then pulls out a lighter and lights the Balloonicorn on fire and giggles whilst clapping its hands.
