The Overdose is a primary weapon for the Medic.
This variation of the Syringe Gun deals 10% less damage than that of the stock Syringe Gun. However, as the Medic builds up his ÜberCharge, his movement speed will increase proportionally, reaching a maximum of 10%.

- The Overdose was added to the game.
- Increased Mad Milk duration to 2 seconds.
- Damage penalty reduced to 50% (from 10%), which the Medic now gains health on hit.
- [Undocumented] Medics can no longer coat teammates with milk.
- [Undocumented] Übercharge percentage increases movement speed by up to 10%.
