Template:Weapon infobox The Vita-Saw is the melee weapon for the Medic class. It appears as a rusty gas pump handle with a long needle, a knife under the needle, and a container with a liquid on top. It is considered to very closey resemble the large needle syringe that the Little Sisters carry around from the game BioShock.

The weapon takes 10 health away from its user, but retains up to 20% of the Medic's ÜberCharge if he dies.
