Los Muertos is a community-made King of the Hill map, set in a haunted Mexican village late at night. The main control point is at the center of the town beside a large cathedral. Periodically the "witching hour" will arrive, opening a Marigold petal bridge to an altar that transports the player to the land of the dead. At the end of each round, Skeletons will rise from around the map (with the "skeleton king" spawning inside the cathedral), and attack anyone still alive before the match ends or round restarts.
Los Muertos was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Update history
October 5, 2021 Patch (Scream Fortress 2021)
- Added Los Muertos to the game.
- Fixed console warnings.
Trivia
- The name Los Muertos is in reference to the Aztec/Mexican holiday Día de los Muertos (Spanish for "Day of the Dead"), playing off the fact that the map has the "Land of the Dead" (Chicunamictlán) for its underworld, and the Skeletons that spawn around the map.
