The Vita-Saw is the melee weapon for the Medic class. It appears as a rusty gas pump handle with a long needle, a knife under the needle, and a container with a liquid on top.

The weapon takes 10 health away from its user, but retains up to 20% of the Medic's Ubercharge if he dies.
