The Maul is a promotional melee weapon for the Pyro. The Maul will be awarded to players who pre-purchase Red Faction: Armageddon before June 6, 2011.^[1] The weapon has been described as being a "Red Faction inspired hammer".^[1]

The Maul shares functionality with the Homewrecker.

Trivia

As with Homefront, Red Faction: Armageddon is not available for pre-order in the United Kingdom, making this item currently unobtainable in that region.
