The Original is a promotional primary weapon for the Soldier. Styled after the Rocket Launcher from Quake (the model of which was used in the original Team Fortress mod for the Soldier's Rocket Launcher and the Pyro's Incendiary Cannon), it appears as a tan rocket launcher with a gray tubular exhaust port, bulky barrel and a gray handle. It is currently unreleased.

- The Original was added to the game.
Trivia
- Like in the original Quake, the Original's viewmodel is in the center of the screen. The projectiles from the weapon also fire from the center of the screen.
- The sounds played when picking up ammo, firing, and reloading – as well as the rocket explosion sound – are all remastered sound effects from Quake.
