The Nostromo Napalmer is a promotional primary weapon for the Pyro.
In normal gameplay, it functions as a normal flamethrower, but if the Isolated Merc set is completed, it will do bonus damage to those wearing the complete Isolationist Pack set at the trade off of taking more melee damage from said enemies.
This item is awarded in Genuine quality to players who pre-purchase Alien: Isolation before October 7th, 2014.
