The Nostromo Napalmer is a community-created promotional primary weapon for the Pyro. It resembles the flamethrowers created by Dennis, one of the characters in the movie Alien.

In normal gameplay, it functions as a normal flamethrower, but if the Isolated Merc set is completed, it will do bonus damage to those wearing the complete Isolationist Pack set at the trade off of taking more melee damage from said enemies.

This item is awarded in Genuine quality to players who pre-purchase Alien: Isolation before October 7th, 2014.
