Embargo is a community-created Payload map released during the Summer 2024 Update. The map is set in Cuba, featuring a Payload track through the streets and the "Rojo's Casino". The map has been noted for its highly interactive environment and dynamic gameplay, mixed with a 1960s James Bond-inspired art style. An abnormally story-driven Payload map, the map's story follows an American strike team's, portrayed by BLU team, efforts to to deliver a bomb filled with milk to the center of El Comandante's, the fictitious dictator of Cuba, lair, who sends his elite squad, portrayed by RED team, to stop them.
Embargo was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
