Did this come from hell? It did, didn't it? Awww, man. It's like what the Devil uses when he plugs up his toilet or somethin'.
The Scout

The Sun-on-a-Stick is a promotional melee weapon for the Scout. It appears as an ornate jet-black mace topped with a glowing fiery orb and black spikes.

The Sun-on-a-Stick deals 15% less damage when compared to the Bat, but guarantees a Mini-Crit when the Scout bashes a burning enemy with it.

Players can currently receive the item by pre-ordering RIFT on Steam before March 1, 2011. Players that do so will receive a Genuine quality version. Some time following the RIFT pre-order period, the weapon will become available via crafting and weapons received during the pre-order period will be made tradable.
