The Deep Fried Desire is an action item that may only be initiated by the Scout.
When the player presses the action button, the character pulls out a striped bucket of chicken and holds it underneath his right arm. He then proceeds to pick up one chicken drumstick, and proceeds to take a bite out of it. He then throws both the drumstick and the bucket onto the floor.
