The C.A.P.P.E.R is a community-created secondary weapon for the Scout and Engineer. It is a handheld team-colored ray gun.

Enemies killed by the Third Degree suffer a distinctive death by incineration, wherein they disintegrate into smoldering orange cinders that quickly fade away.

This weapon functions identically to the Pistol.

The C.A.P.P.E.R was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the same name.
