Mannpower est un mode de jeu annoncé en même temps que la mise à jour de Smissmas 2014. Mannpower est une version modifiée du mode Capture du drapeau. C'est actuellement un programme Mann Co. en version bêta qui inclut deux version modifiée des cartes Foundry et de Gorge. Ce mode est disponible et peut être joué en allant dans le menu de démarrage rapide et en cochant "Jouer aux modes Bêta" puis en sélectionnant "Mannpower". La date de sortie officielle pour le mode et les cartes sont inconnues. Parce-que le mode de jeu et les cartes sont en Bêta, le contenu pourrait changer à tout moment.
Gameplay
Tout joueur sur une carte Mannpower sera équipé d'un grappin dans l'emplacement de l'objet d'action. Le grappin permettra aux joueurs de s’accrocher aux surfaces et de se déplacer rapidement à travers la carte. Le joueur voyage sur une ligne droite au point où leur grappin s'est accroché et ne peut en aucun cas utiliser leurs armes. Les Spies peuvent utiliser le grappin en étant déguisé, seulement, la corde sera de la couleur de l'équipe adverse.
Pouvoirs
Dans Mannpower, le joueur peut collecter de multiples pouvoirs qui apparaissent sur la carte.
