Das Ubersternmann is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It is a black wide-brimmed Classic fedora, worn in the late 18th century, with a belt around the side band.
Das Ubersternmann was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Secret State Surgeon".

Trivia
- The item's name and description are a reference to Superman, a fictional superhero that appears in comic books published by DC Comics and who was frequently disguised as Clark Kent, a journalist. His disguise included a fedora, black-rimmed glasses, black, combed-back hair and a necktie.
- Stern is the German word for "star".
