The One-Way Ticket is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It is a dead version of Little Buddy, a torn sailor's hat with the addition of a Chinese paper talisman for binding the undead, which happens to be the size an shape of a passenger ticket.
This item can only be worn around Halloween or during a Full Moon; at other times of the year, it does not appear in gameplay, unless the server has Halloween mode enabled. However, it can be equipped at any time and can still be viewed on the loadout screen even when it is not visible during games.
The One-Way Ticket was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

- The special talisman, which is called "Zhen Shi Fu"(Anti-Jiangshi talisman) in Chinese, is a tool made by Taoists to prevent Jiangshi from moving or waking.
- The Talisman attached to the hat reads "Dead Friend" when translated (hence the submitted name, "The Stiff Buddy;" the Chinese character 死 can mean "dead" or "rigid").
- However,"死朋友"(Dead Friend) doesn't exist in any type of "Zhen Shi Fu".And the talisman should be attached to forehead instead of hat. Maybe that's the reason why it cannot stop our mercenaries hurting people.
