The Breakneck Baggies are a community-created miscellaneous item for the Scout. It is a pair of black, loose-fitting three quarter jogging pants with two vertical white lines running the length of both legs and a white waistband with two drawstrings.
The Breakneck Baggies were contributed to the game via the Steam Workshop under the name "Jog-on! 2".
