The Balloonicorpse is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It is an inflatable unicorn that floats behind the player, painted with a skeleton design that covers everything on the balloon except the horn.
When players equipped with this item kill an enemy unassisted by another player, the killfeed shows everyone in Pyroland that it gets the assist, with its custom name if it has one.
The Balloonicorpse was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Notes
- Unlike the Balloonicorn and the Reindoonicorn, equipping the Balloonicorpse does not allow the player to see in Pyrovision, and the cosmetic itself can be seen by other players regardless of whether they have Pyrovision enabled or not.
