The Manniversary Paper Hat is a headwear item for all classes. It is a paper hat folded out of the original Jarate advertisement comic that starred the Sniper.
It can be obtained by opening the Manniversary Package that was given to players on the Manniversary Update, or via random drops.

Future
Many players crafted their hat with another, since it is able to be used in crafting. Because of this, the item's value is expected to go up, since there will be less in circulation. A similar effect happened with the [Earbuds].
