Run, cowards!
The Heavy performing a raid

The Gone Commando is a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It replaces the Heavy's default pants and gives him a pair of camouflage fatigues and a holder with a set of four bullets hanging from the Heavy's belt on the right side.

The Gone Commando was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
