The MK 50 is a community-created promotional cosmetic item for all classes. It resembles a helmet worn by Ripley, Samuel and Taylor in the start of the game Alien: Isolation.

This item was awarded in Genuine quality to players who pre-purchased Alien: Isolation before October 7th, 2014.
