Brimstone is a promotional cosmetic item for all classes. It appears as a pair of horns, similar to the ones seen in the game The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth when obtaining Brimstone.
Brimstone is awarded in Genuine quality to players who purchase The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth on Steam before December 10, 2014.
