The Berliner's Bucket Helm is a headwear item for the Medic and was released as a part of the Australian Christmas update. It appears as a Crusader helmet with a cross-shaped eye slit, and is thematically consistent with Medieval mode.

- Although the helmet is shown in media and bundled with the Medieval Medic set at the Mann Co. Store, it is not required to obtain the item set bonus.
