The Heer's Helmet is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It is a German Stahlhelm with a white cover, bearing the Medic's class emblem on the front. A green toque is worn beneath the helmet, covering the Medic's neck and ears.
The Heer's Helmet was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Trivia
- Heer (German for "army" or "land forces") was the largest branch of the Wehrmacht during the Second World War.
- Wool-rayon knit toque (Oma or Schlauchschal, which stands for "tube scarf") was the part of the German fieldgear during winter months, particularly on the Eastern Front.
