The Sleuth Suit is a community-created cosmetic item for the Engineer. It gives the Engineer a long team-colored overcoat, a half untucked dress shirt, and a loose tie.
This item has four styles, named "Dayshift", "Off Duty", "Overtime", and "Graveyard". The "Dayshift" and "Off Duty" styles make the shirt light colored and the coat bright colored, while the "Overtime" and "Graveyard" styles make the shirt bright colored and the coat dark colored. Additionally, the "Off Duty" and "Graveyard" styles remove the tie. The "Graveyard" style is not altered if paint is applied.
The Sleuth Suit was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

December 7, 2023 Patch (Smissmas 2023)
- The Sleuth Suit was added to the game.
- Updated all models to fix issues with shading on maps.
- Fixed clipping/changed rigging in some poses.
- Fixed the fourth style having only one material, which caused the problems.
- Fixed parts of the textures.
- Changed the backpack icon to reflect the changes in the item.
