The Six-Eyed Specs are a community-created cosmetic item for the Spy. It is a team-colored mask of a spider head, complete with four stripes on the scalp and six team-colored eyes (two big front ones and two small ones on each side).

The Six-Eyed Specs were contributed to the Steam Workshop.
