The Angel of Death is a community-created miscellaneous item for the Medic. It turns the Medic's default labcoat into a team-colored Template:W with wide sleeves and team-colored inside, and adds a medallion with a picture of a dove, and a white, gold-trimmed Template:W worn on the Medic's shoulders.
The Angel of Death was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Pope's Robes".

Bugs
- When taunting, a black string-like glitch moves with the Medic's hands.
Trivia
- The Angel of Death is the destroying angel in various religions, including Judaism and Christianity.
- "Angel of Death" was also the nickname of Josef Mengele, the infamous German Schutzstaffel officer and a physician in Auschwitz known for performing bizarre and murderous human experiments on prisoners.
- Originally, this item and the Nunhood formed the "Angel of Death" Medic set (prior to the cosmetic's renaming); however, it was not marked as item set in-game.
- The creators intended to hide the Nunhood's shoulder part with the pellegrina of the Angel of Death in order to make both of them look like a single item.
