The Gaiter Guards are a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. They give the Medic a belt bearing the Medic's emblem on the buckle, a satchel on his right side for a pistol, a strap across his chest, and boots with grey sidings.
The Gaiter Guards were contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "German's Gaiters".
