The Unusual Cap is a cosmetic item for all classes. It is a black and white baseball cap featuring a patch depicting the Unusual effect icon.
The Unusual Cap is awarded in Self-Made quality to community contributors whose Unusual effects are accepted into the game through the Steam Workshop.
